Can I change the starting time?
Our experiences start at either 11:30 AM or 6:00 PM and cannot be changed in principle.
However, if you book a private session, time adjustments are possible.A private booking can be arranged with the equivalent fee of four adults. Please contact us through the inquiry form.
If sushi I don’t eat is served, will there be a substitute?
As our course is a thoughtfully curated omakase experience, we are unable to provide substitutions.
We kindly ask for your understanding that items you cannot eat may be skipped.
What happens if I arrive late?
If your party is the only reservation for that session, we will wait for you.
However, please note that if you are significantly late, some parts of the experience may be skipped. If other guests are also booked for the same session, the experience will begin on time, and you will be asked to join in progress.
In addition, if you are more than 30 minutes late without prior notice, your reservation will be considered canceled. We would greatly appreciate it if you could contact us in case of delay.
Can you accommodate food allergies?
We do not offer custom menus for individual allergies. However, guests with no allergies to seafood, rice, vinegar, or soy can usually enjoy our course without issue.
Please see the separate section regarding crustacean and gluten allergies.
Please note that we cannot guarantee the absence of cross‑contamination (cross‑contact) with ingredients such as nuts or gluten, which are not typically used in sushi. Thank you for your understanding.
Can you accommodate crustacean allergies?
Our REONA sushi course includes items such as scallops and squid.
If you have a crustacean allergy, we can omit the scallop and squid sushi upon request; however, those ingredients may still be prepared for other guests. Knives and other utensils are washed between uses, but our kitchen cannot be made completely allergen‑free.
As with any allergy, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross‑contamination. Please make your reservation at your own discretion.
Can you accommodate gluten allergies?
None of the sushi at REONA contains gluten (the protein found in wheat), but wheat is used in the production of soy sauce.
During the fermentation stage of soy‑sauce production, the wheat proteins are completely broken down, so soy sauce is generally regarded as safe even for guests with gluten allergies. If you remain concerned, we recommend refraining from booking.
As with any other allergy, we cannot guarantee the absence of cross‑contamination. Please make your reservation at your own discretion.
Can my child sit at the counter and join the experience?
If you select the Kids' Plan, we cannot offer counter seating. When other guests are present, your child will be asked to stay in the kids’ room or at a designated kids’ table.
If your child orders the Signature Plan (same as adults), they are welcome to sit at the counter and enjoy the full experience alongside other guests.
What is included in the Kids’ Meal?
The Kids' Plan includes a beautiful, traditional "Chirashi Sushi" served in a child-friendly style.
It also includes all-you-can-drink soft beverages and a dessert. Chirashi sushi contains ingredients such as fish and eggs.
If your child has specific dislikes, we can remove certain items—please contact us in advance.
You may also bring food for your child if you’re unsure whether they’ll enjoy the provided meal.
What is the kids’ room like?
Please check the highlights on
our Instagram for photos. We provide Plarail train sets, LEGO blocks, coloring books, and art supplies to entertain children.
Is the space wheelchair accessible?
The entrance and dining area are accessible by wheelchair.
However, the path to the restroom is narrow and cannot accommodate a wheelchair.
We kindly ask that guests either use facilities elsewhere before arrival or be prepared to exit their wheelchair and walk (with assistance) to the restroom if needed.
Can I book for a group of six or more?
It is possible depending on the day. Please contact us via the inquiry form for availability.
What kind of sushi is served?
As ingredients change with the seasons and we want to preserve the surprise, we do not publish the menu on our website.
However, if you contact us in advance, we’ll be happy to share the general contents. If you have many dislikes, please feel free to inquire in advance.
