REONA Inc. (hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) handles user information, including personal information, in connection with the services provided by the Company (hereinafter referred to as the “Service”), in accordance with the following privacy policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”).

1-1. In this Policy, “User Information” refers to information that identifies users, collected and accumulated through the use of the Service via internet-connected devices such as smartphones or computers. 2-1. The purposes of use of User Information in relation to the Service are as follows:

(3) To respond to violations of the Policy or Terms of Use
(4) To notify users of changes to the Terms of Use
(5) For marketing activities
(6) For purposes incidental to the above
2-2. In addition to the purposes listed above, User Information may also be used for:
(1) Creating anonymized statistical data that cannot identify individuals
(2) Creating data for advertisement display and delivery
(3) Storing data for marketing purposes
Article 3. User Consent and Withdrawal
3-1. Users may stop the provision of all or part of the Service by changing the settings. In such cases, the Company will respond promptly. However, as the collection of User Information is essential for providing the Service, collection will only be stopped when the user discontinues the use of the Service.
Article 4. Provision to Third Parties
4-1. The Company will not provide User Information to third parties without the user’s consent, except in the following cases:
(1) When necessary to fulfill the purpose of use
(2) When business is transferred through merger or other means
(3) When information is provided to a data analytics provider
(4) When cooperation with governmental or local authorities is required, and obtaining user consent would hinder operations

Article 5. Disclaimer Regarding Provision to Third Parties
5-1. The Company is not responsible for the acquisition of personal information by third parties in the following cases:
(1) When the user voluntarily provides information to restaurant booking services or travel-related service providers
(2) When the user discloses information through the functions of the Service
(3) When the user provides information to a third-party website via a link
(4) When a third party obtains personally identifiable information
Article 6. Disclosure of Personal Information
6-1. When a user requests disclosure of personal information, the Company will disclose such information without delay after verifying the identity of the requester. However, disclosure will not be made when there is no legal obligation to do so.
Requests must be made via postal mail. A fee of JPY 1,000 will be charged.

Article 7. Correction, Suspension, and Deletion of Personal Information
7-1. When a user requests correction or suspension of use of personal information, the Company will investigate the request upon verifying the user's identity and will take appropriate action. If no justification is found, the user will be notified.
7-2. When a user requests deletion, the Company will delete the data after confirming the request and notify the user.
7-3. Users are responsible for keeping their personal information up to date.
Article 8. Management of Personal Information
8-1. The Company implements security measures to prevent loss, falsification, or misuse of personal information. However, no system is completely secure, and we appreciate users' understanding in this regard.
