Moe is Service Manager at REONA Sushi Tokyo. She has a background in hospitality and marketing, including experience working with luxury hotels, and has been involved in the REONA Sushi project since its early planning stages. Her role centers on helping guests feel welcomed, informed, and at ease while also making sure they can understand the ideas and traditions behind the experience.

She has also spent many years introducing Japanese culture to international guests through her work as a tour guide. Kimono remains part of her daily life, reflecting a personal connection to Japanese traditions that extends beyond her professional role. Over time, these experiences have shaped her interest in how Japanese culture can be shared clearly, warmly, and meaningfully with visitors from around the world.

At REONA, she supports guests in English and helps communicate the appeal of sushi, sake, and Japanese dining culture in a way that feels approachable without losing depth. Her writing focuses on guest experience, sake, Japanese food culture, and the context that helps visitors understand sushi more fully, from the perspective of someone who works closely with international guests every day and has long experience sharing Japanese culture in person.
